  • Yes. Research shows that online therapy can be just as effective as in-person counselling for many concerns, including anxiety and depression.

  • All you need is a stable internet connection, a private space, and a device with video capabilities.

  • Yes. We use secure, encrypted platforms to ensure your sessions remain private and confidential.

  • In Canada, psychotherapy is regulated at a provincial level, but not all provinces are regulated. If the province is regulated, the practitioner needs to be licensed in that province to practice there, if not, counselling can be offered by any therapist within our outside of that province. As of August 2023, Quebec, Ontario, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and Prince Edward Island have regulated psychotherapy. BC is in the process of regulation which is expected to complete by November 2027.
